CASPER, WY –The 76th Annual Central Wyoming Fair & PRCA Rodeo is almost here! The event takes place July 7th -15th, 2023. Enjoy 9 action packed days of fun & excitement! Beginning July 7th, the all new and exciting Brass Ring Amusement Midway of Fun Carnival will fill the largest carnival midway in the state of Wyoming with all new games and all the best rides! Starting April 1st through July 11th at noon, ride all nine days of the carnival for just $100(including gate fee)!Pick you day Day Passes are available for $35(does not include $5 gate fee). Carnival passes can be purchased in advance at any Casper, Glenrock or Douglas Homax location and at the Fairgrounds Arena Office and will save you big bucks! Carnival Day Passes are $40 on-site.
Saturday, July 8th, at 8am, the fun continues with the 13th Annual Sidewalk Chalk Festival in Downtown Casper beginning with a free Kiwanis pancake breakfast, followed by sidewalk chalk art. Join the fun and use the sidewalks of Downtown Casper as your canvas. The First 300 participants get a free t-shirt and rodeo ticket! Then it’s back to the Fairgrounds with more fun on the midway starting at noon with Brass Ring Amusements Midway of Fun, and two exciting Monster Truck Shows beginning at: 1:30pm and 7:00pm! First come, first seated.
Sunday, July 9th, Brass Ring Amusements Midway of Fun continues beginning at 3pm.And at 5pm the Open Class BBQ Contest and Wine & Beer Contests locals compete for the coveted title of the Best in Natrona County!
Monday July 10th, get ready for more fun on the midway with Brass Ring Amusement Midway of Fun; gates open at 3pm.
Tuesday July 11th, it’s Casper Day, sponsored by Banner Health, Wyoming Medical Center! Seniors get in free all day long! The action gets underway early at the Downtown Parade at 10:00am.It’s the official kick-off of the Central Wyoming Fair & PRCA Rodeo! This year’s theme is “Neon Lights; Cowboy Nights!” After the Parade, head out to the fairgrounds at noon when exhibit halls, the Brass Ring Amusement Midway of Fun continues! It’s Kid’s Day from Noon-Midnight, Armbands are $30 and will be asld from noon-3pm ONLY! Price returns to $40 each after 3:00pm.New this year, don’t miss the Sea Lion Splash attraction located at the west end of the grandstands on the Carnival Midway!One of our favorite strolling acts returns to the carnival midway, Charlie the Clown:Stiltwalker performs daily throughout grounds. On the Free Stage don’t miss Master of Illusion:Sean Watson, with Three Stage Shows daily and strolling Magic!7:30pm brings the First Performance of the PRCA Rodeo when the top cowboys & cowgirls in the world compete in one of the top 20 Rodeo’s in the Nation! Enjoy 7 exciting events nightly including: Bull Riding, WPRA Barrel Racing, Bareback, Saddle Bronc, Steer Wrestling, Team Roping, Tie Down Roping, & Mutton Bustin’ through Saturday, July 15th.
Wednesday July 12th, the fun continues with the gates opening at 3pm and Brass Ring Amusements Midway of Fun through midnight. The Sea Lion Splash Attraction, Charlie the Clown:Stiltwalker and Master Illusionist Sean Watson all continue through Saturday July 15th.It’s Wrangler Patriot Night at the PRCA Rodeo brought to you by Townsquare Media, beginning at 7:30pm, be sure to wear your Red, White & Blue to show your support of our troops!Veterans & Active Duty Military personnel get in free with valid ID!
Thursday, July 13th, gates open at 3pm and Brass Ring Amusements Midway of Fun continues through midnight! Friday, July 14th, start the day with the Pocket Pet Parade followed by the Outrageous Poultry beginning at 9:00am.Kids Day returns for the Brass Ring Amusements Midway of Fun from Noon- Midnight $40 armbands are Buy One Get One Free! Sold from noon-3pm ONLY! Price returns to $40 each after 3:00pm.Don’t miss the Sea Lion Splash Attraction, Charlie the Clown: Stiltwalker, and Master Illusionist Sean Watson. The 4H & FFA Round Robins begin at 5pm in the Arena. PEPSI sponsors the PRCA Rodeo beginning at 7:30pm in the Outdoor Arena.
Saturday July 15th, is your last chance to get in on the action, don’t miss the Junior Livestock Sale Buyers Breakfast at 8:00am, followed by the Junior Livestock Sale at 9:00am.From 8:00am-5:00pm, don’t miss the Rocky Mtn. Regional Fiddle Championship and Country Music Competition on the Free Stage. Brass Ring Amusements Midway of Fun and Exhibit Halls all open at noon. It’s your last chance to check out the Sea Lion Splash Attraction, Charlie the Clown:Stiltwalker and Master Illusionist Sean Watson.
