$35 per man hour
includes any set-up or clean-up before or after an event or any other special requirements, including on-call services.

• Housing stock overnight for Indoor Arena use (roping cattle, bucking stock):
• $1.00 per head per night if kept in pens
• $5.00 per head per night if kept in stalls
• Holding livestock in pens for events not held at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds: $400.00 per day
• We have 446 Stalls

• Tractor & Driver: $100.00 per hour
• Water Truck & Driver: $100.00 per hour
• Outdoor Arena Lights: $40.00 per hour
• Electric Timer: $40.00 per hour
• Table Rent: $15.00 each (8 ft.)
• Chair Rent: $3.00 each
• Street Signs: $100.00 (both signs, CY & Fairgrounds Rd.)
• Fence Sign (up to 4' x 4' & Approved by the Fair Manager): $30.00
• Fence Sign (up to 4' x 8' & Approved by the Fair Manager): $60.00
• Tent Rental $1,000 (30' x 60'); $500 (20' x 20')
• Pipe & Drape 3', 8' x 8', 8' x 10'. No private rentals, events only $1.25/ft
• Peg Boards We have 10 4' x 4', no hooks, included in rental
• Big Outdoor Screen 17' x 24' $1,500 per day plus 20% ticket sales and concessions (Includes parking lot and equipment). Must provide insurance.
• Trash Cans/Dumpsters are serviced daily as needed at no charge. We have two (2) 6 yard dumpsters. If special dumpster needs are required, it will be the responsibility of the lessee to make those arrangements.

• Tobacco Use of any kind (including any type of e-cigarette or smokeless tobacco) is prohibited in all building on the fairgrounds. We appreciate your compliance.
• No dogs/pets allowed on the fairgrounds except as permitted by ADA regulations and special events permitted by CWFR.
• Dates/facility will be released if the contract is not signed and returned within 14 days of the date on the contract.

Insurance Requirements
Lessee must provide the Board/County with insurance that shall contain broad form contractual liability with a combined single limit of a minimum of $1,000,000 each occurrence and an aggregate limit of at least $2,000,000 for general liability coverage. Lessee will name Natrona County Fair Association as a named additional insured unless specifically waived by the fair board.

Cancellations
100% of fees collected will be refunded provided notification of the cancellation is received fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled event. Booking not cancelled within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled event, will be billed the full amount of the published fee.

Alcohol Requirements
Any alcohol sold at any event will be operated and managed by the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds. No outside alcohol is permitted. Lessee's may obtain permission from management and the Natrona County Fair Board to obtain a permit from Natrona County in order to provide alcohol for events. Click here for details:

Any event that obtains a permit will be charge 20% of all sales.

Lessee will hire and pay for any event that include alcohol sales, a minimum of four (4) uniformed security guards approved by management and the fair board.
