We have a number of different areas for rent, depending on your needs. Rates for each facility, support materials and personnel are listed. These prices are subject to change. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our main office!
The Arena
A multi-purpose sports facility-Building totaling 76,875 sq. ft.
Dimensions of the Arena: 148' wide x 275' long
1676 seats with backs, 10 Handicap with 10 Handicap Companion Seats, 412 Box Seats (All seats are aluminum)

The Main Industrial Building

The Annex
This 60' X 80' Annex is attached to the East End of the Industrial Building. It is Heated and Air Conditioned

The Kitchen
The Kitchen is located on the NW side of the Industrial Building

The Hall of Champions is a 40' X 100' building which is suitable for receptions, dog training classes, etc.

Grandstand And Outdoor Arena
Seating for 5200 people. Area below the Grandstand is suitable for storage and shelter area.

Stalls
There are a total of 511 stalls available. They rent for $5.00 per day/per stall. We also offer a long-term rate (30 day minimum) of $2.00 a day/per stall - only available from August 15 thru May 31 of the calendar year. Please call for further information.

This building comes with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers.

Signs will be put up Monday by Fair Employees before the show and taken down immediately following
the show.

Insurance Requirements - $500,000.00 -
CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE FOR LIABILITY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE
Labor Costs - $25.00 per man hour for clean-up or set-up before or after event or any special labor
requirements (i.e. Registration)
$25.00 per hour - Man on Call (if needed)
Alcohol - Any Alcohol sold at any events will be operated and managed by the Central Wyoming
Fairgrounds. Unless prior arrangements are made and approved through the Fair Management.
Security - Lessee will hire and pay. Events with alcohol must have a minimum of (4) Uniformed
Security Guards approved by Management.
Cancelled Bookings - 100% of fees collected will be refunded provided notification of the
cancellation is received, by the Fair Board, fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled event. Bookings not
cancelled within the fourteen days of the scheduled event, will be billed the full amount of the published fee.
Special Rules
1. Tobacco use of any kind is prohibited in all of the Buildings on the Fairgrounds. We appreciate your
compliance.
2. No Dogs are allowed on the Fairgrounds except as permitted under ADA Regulations and Special Events permitted by
CWFR.
3. ALL BUILDINGS ON THE FAIRGROUNDS ARE PROHIBITED FOR TOBACCO USE - SMOKING OR SMOKELESS TOBACCO - NONE ALLOWED.
PLEASE COMPLY WITH THIS RULE.
4. The dates/facility will be released if the contract is not signed and returned within 14 days of the date on the
contract.
